In der verwüsteten Welt nach dem Atomkrieg steuern die verfeindeten Brüder Raoh und Kenshiro auf die finale Konfrontation zu. Beide verfügen über beträchtliches Geheimwissen im Bereich der Kampfkünste und lieben dieselbe totgeglaubte Jugendfreundin (Yuria). Ansonsten aber folgt der eine dem Pfad der Tugend, während der andere als sinistrer Gewaltmensch mit seinem Söldnerheer die kläglichen Reste der Menschheit unterdrückt. Als beide erfahren, dass Yuria noch lebt und sogar zum General aufstieg, entbrennt ein Wettlauf um die Dame.
